Subject: Mr. John Robinson

I would like to speak on behalf of John S. Robinson. I met John in the summer of 1994. A year prior (1993) I had lost my Father to cancer.
At that time in my life I was a sad, sort of confused young man and I could have easily walked down the wrong road so to speak, but I
strongly felt that God had an ultimate plan for me at that time in my life, and going down that wrong road wasn't in his plans for me . I feel
that God executed His plan by placing John Robinson in my life. He has truly been a major factor and role model in the person that I have
become and will continue to be.

That summer John took me under his wing and played the role of a big brother and father figure. In that period of my life I was a kid with a
lot of self doubt. John Robinson always expressed to me that I could accomplish anything I put my mind to. John Robinson believed in me
more than I believed in myself. He saw something in me that I couldn't see in myself. John nourished me with positive advice and guidance
that has helped me to succeed.

Today I work for the largest Computer Out Sourcing Corporation in America. I could not and would not have been able to get here if it
wasn't for mentoring and caring of John Robinson. John has been a rock in my life, continues to be, and I know that he can do the same for
others.

I have known John Robinson since February 2005, and during this time I have been very impressed with his work ethic and his attention to
detail.

He is an excellent mentor and a dynamic trainer that has a passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to others. With his combined
ability to utilizes unique learning techniques and create an atmosphere for learning, he has been able to create a proven record of success
through increased performance in sales and the quality of sales personal that he has trained.

As a leader John has shown me the initiative, attitude, and overall effort that is truly worth emulating. In my 20 years in the US Army I have
seen very few leaders that I could compare with John's level of leadership. His dedication to the task at hand has earned him my respect as a

Johnny Robinson has continuously been a great influence to others, so the progress of GroSource was not a surprise to me. Regardless if
others feel Johnny is a positive or negative influence, the man's name never seem to cease from people's mouths. If there was anything
negative said on Johnny Robinson's behalf, it was because that person could not measure up to such greatness he always implemented. As
one would say, "Misery Loves Company" and he never entertained that.

I was first introduced to Johnny Robinson at the age of 19 while employed at Leith's Fayetteville Auto Mall. I never experienced harsh
judgment or discrimination from him at that tender age, creating a sense of security while being taken seriously as an adult. In fact, Johnny
always had the ability to see the potential in everyone with a significant awareness for constructive criticism. No one was more ecstatic for my
growth as a professional as well as my development as a young lady than he was throughout the years. Our extensive and intense talks about
love, life, and career are something I will forever cherish.

He always pushed progression, positive enforcement, and dedication not only within a work environment, but in personal day to day life. I
am more than optimistic about GroSource and pray that Johnny Robinson will continue to pursue his true purpose; saving lives, creating
dreams, and building hope to our community.

This is a letter in regards to my mentor and friend, John Robinson:

I say without hesitation that I am truly blessed that my life crossed paths with John Robinson. He is one of the hardest working and wisest
individuals that I have met. I am a better person because of the encouragement and life lessons that I have learned from John.

The great Vince Lombardi said,

"Some guys play with their heads, that's O.K. You've to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to
play with heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to
come off the field second."

John will never come off the field second.

More importantly, he will never allow those around him to be second. It is not often that you meet someone who is truly gifted yet wishes
nothing more than to share his gifts with others. It is at the core of John's being that he wants to encourage others to get the most out of life
and be the best person they can be.

If you are reading this letter, it most likely means you have already met John and can feel the passion with which he lives. John is humble
enough to know that he is not perfect; no one that walks this Earth is. The point of life is not to be perfect but to live without fear and make
this world a better place this is what John Robinson does.

I would like to close by thanking John Robinson for all he has taught me and thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I wish you many

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Robinson for many years in the automotive industry. John's leadership and the drive he
displayed are second to none. John's ability of training new hires or follow up
training was always admired from all including his superiors. The research and information he provided was not only used at Leith of
Fayetteville but it has been adopted throughout the entire Leith company. His ability to communicate and teach in any arena would truly be a

When I was five years old, my parents moved to this country in search of a better life. My father was determined he would provide a better life
for his family. Educated in the United States, my sisters and I were always encouraged to do our best. As an adult, I joined the U.S. Army and
served proudly. After my military obligation, I pursued higher education and obtained my degree in Marketing and Business Management.

My business ventures later lead me into a career in automotive sales. I have had the privilege of working for one of the finest
companies in the industry. Working for the Leith organization for over fourteen years, has rounded and polished my abilities as a leader and a
professional. Through self-development, I was able to walk the ranks from a sales person to General Sales Manager of a multi-franchise Auto
Mall. I have chosen to expand my ability to help others and joined EXiT Realty 1st Class in Fayetteville N.C. The career transition has provided
